– Dyeing capacity of up to 50 Kg. – Y.O.C.: 2002 but recently refurbished. All the electric panel both pneumatic are new. Equipped with inverter for the main pump. Equipped with a SEDOMAT 5000 controller. Actually connected to a central chemical auxiliaries dosing system. Actually connected to a central dye stuffs dosing system.

– 1 PIMATEX HT Yarn dyeing Machine capacity of up to  50 Kg

– 1 PIMATEX HT Yarn dyeing Machine capacity of up to 100 Kg

– 1 PIMATEX HT Yarn dyeing Machine capacity of up to 200 Kg

– 1 PIMATEX HT Yarn dyeing Machine capacity of up to 300 Kg

– 1 PIMATEX HT Yarn dyeing Machine capacity of up to 400 Kg

. 1 PIMATEX Yarn cones HYDROEXTRACTOR Machine, fully automated

– Capacity of 48 yarn cones per batch. Y.O.C.: 2002 but recently refurbished.  All the electric panel as well as the pneumatic are new. Equipped with inverter for the main motor.

. 1 STALAM Radio Frequency drying machine type RF: 85/90 Kw.  Evaporation capacity: 102 liters/hour. Conveyor belt: 1,40 m working width

All the yarn dyeing machines will be delivered with 2 yarn cone carriers per machine and all the water, steam and exhaust piping connecting each machine.
