HDB Card Line consists of the following
Card Width: 80″, with 72″ wider extended apron feed, 92″ long feed hopper with conveyor. condenser, feed apron.
Model: Galaxy 2000. Year: 1996. The first section is 2 cylinders, 80″
wide, each cylinder has workers and strippers. V belt drive with peralter, feed apron and with crosslapper. which feeds the web onto a lattice appron. Then it goes to the 2nd set of 2 cylinders, 80″ wide. Equipped with workers an strippers. with tape condenser, which has 168 ends, takes 12 spools. Each spool has 14 ends, each spool size is 40″ wide.
