Entry Group with AUTOMATIC CENTRING DEVICE composed of:
– Manually adjustable piece tensioning brake.
– Opener group with two cylinders, motorized with an inverter, with a 360° adjustable position for greater or lesser accommodation.
– Fabric Centering Unit with movable blades, motorised version.
– Fabric position sensor with full-height verification.

Dryer with 3+3 Sections and 3 Passages, model GOLDEVO5/3+3K/240, gas heated,
Introduction Zone composed of:
– Manually adjustable piece tensioning brake.
– 1 feeding and overfeeding cylinder (+40%), AC motorized.
– 1 free cylinder for wrapping.
– 1 free cylinder for wrapping feeding cylinder.
– Opener group with two cylinders, motorized.
– Entry with feeding, also for tubular fabrics.
– Feeding and overfeeding (+40%) conveyor belt, AC motorized, made of fiberglass coated with Teflon.
Thermal Treatment Zone with 2 Passages:
– Dryer with 2 passages and 3 chambers of 2 meters (first three upper sections independent, allowing temperature variation relative to subsequent passages) + 3 lower sections with common ventilation and burners, allowing independent temperature adjustment for the first passage, for a total fabric content of 6+12=18 meters.
Each chamber includes:
– Structure covered with thick insulation panels (120 mm) and high-temperature seals.
– 2 wide access doors on each side of the chamber.
– 1 modular flame burner with local ramps (stabilizer filter, anti-vibration joint, pressure reducer).
– Complete automatic temperature control with PT100 probe and special connection cables. Temperature controls are integrated into the machine’s control system and are programmed directly on the control monitor.
– 2 removable filters that can be accessed while the machine is running.
– 2 high-performance centrifugal fans directly coupled to AC motors.
Exit Zone:
– Conveyor belt at the exit.
– Oscillating arm folder controlled by AC motor and speed-regulating inverter.
Conveyor Belt:
– Automatic belt aligners, including sensor and pneumatic alignment system.
– Tension-free cylinders.
– Cylinders without return mechanism.
– Conveyor belt control with AC motor and inverter for speed regulation.
